In the following weeks there will be two workshops on environmental liability, organized by EcoLex LIFE project team. The first workshop is for NGOs and will be held on March 28, 2019. The second workshop will take place on April 10, 2019 and is intended primarily for small and medium-sized enterprises. Warmly invited!
Workshop for NGOs: How to report environmental damage?
All representatives of non-governmental organizations working in the field of environment and nature conservation are invited to a practical workshop How to report environmental damage, which will take place on March 28, 2019 at the EU House (Dunajska 20, Ljubljana). The workshop will be performed by Mrs. Senka Šifkovič Vrbica from the Legal – Informational Centre for NGOs (PIC). Also invited all other interested individuals, since in accordance with the law anybody can inform the Slovenian Environmental Agency about environmental damage.

The second workshop Check the environmental risk of the company is intended for enterprises of all sizes. At the workshop various environmental impacts of the company (water, soil, air, and nature) will be discussed. Participants will be briefed on the requirement for environmental legislation and receive practical advices to reduce the risk of environmental damage. The workshop will be performed by Mrs Margita Žaberl, an environmental. The workshop will take place on Wednesday, April 10, 2019 at the EU House in Ljubljana.
